In collaboration with Sloop Brewing. Columbus, Citra, and Lotus hops. Taste of sweet citrus and mixed berry.
Hoist up the sails! We’ve charted another course for a Double IPA, this time in collaboration with NY-based Sloop Brewing Company. Flaked oats combine with pilsner and pale malts to provide the backbone and hazy gold hue of Sloop John T. But the guiding stars of this 8% ABV ale are Citra, Columbus and Lotus hops, bringing waves of sweet citrus and mixed berry notes to the helm.
Malt: Carapils, Flaked Oats, Pale, Pilsner
Hops: Citra, Columbus, Lotus
Yeast: London 3

16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy orange gold pour. Large, fluffy white head. Splendid lacing. Subtle citrus and berry aromas. Flavor is soft, supple malt, spicy citrus, dank pine. Hints of orange, grapefruit and lemon.
