Taster at Saint-Houblon, Quartier Latin, Montréal. Cloudy, pinkish colored. AROMA- fruity, plums, fermented, spicy, floral. FLAVOR- neutral, lightly bitter, earthy, touch of plums, spicy, herbal. Medium bodied. Not bad.
