Taster at Saint-Houblon, Quartier Latin, Montréal. A bit cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- roasted, marzipan, marshmallows. FLAVOR- neutral, somewhat sour, moderately bitter, earthy, the same as aroma. Light to medium bodied. Good.
