On tap at brewpub. Translucent cola brown color. Small creamy tan head. Subtle roasted malt aroma hints at chocolate. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee and cocoa. Some bittersweet notes on palate. Medium bodied. Dryish hop finish.

Taster at Sedona Beer. Almost clear, dark red to brown colored. AROMA- toasted, chocolate, caramel, plum. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately bitter, touch of alcohol, caramel, earthy, toasted. Medium bodied. Good.
