Bottled 500ml. -at Bayerischer Wald Nord gas station. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, light yeasty nose. Wheaty, yeasty, light fruity and touch of caramel with sweetish finish.

Geruch hefig und vor allem recht säuerlich fruchtig - Apfelessig fällt mir hier ein. Auch geschmacklich ist dies das Hauptthema. Wobei die Fruchtnote hier etwas deutlicher und viel aromatischer wird. Jetzt taucht ein bunter Obstkorb mit roten, gelben und grünen Äpfeln vor meinem geistigen Auge auf. Ein bisschen Zitrone (Saft und Schale) findet sich auch. Ebenso schmeckt man wieder deutlich die Hefe. Wie so oft bei leichten Weizen ist zu viel Kohlensäure drin (das soll irgendwie die fehlende Substanz ausgleichen - macht alles aber meist einfach nur schlimmer). Zusammen mit der sehr sauren Grundnote beschränkt sich der Genuss auf allerhöchstens 2 Halbe - dann ist (übertrieben ausgedrückt) der Gaumen aufgeätzt oder man bekommt Sodbrennen. Schade, denn grundsätzlich ist das ein hochinteressantes, sehr schmackhaftes und ungewöhnlich aromatisches leichtes Weizen.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy light orange golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry fruits, floral hops, yeast. Taste of yeasty fruits, very dry, high drinkability.

Bottle looks really good. Like the Arcobräu bottles. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild but not washy. Malty-yeasty, modest dry. Light fruity notes of apricot. Quite drinkable. Okay.

Bottle 500ml.Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to light moderate malty, wheat, toffee, clove notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20111002]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy golden with a small creamy white head and lacings. Grain and corn. Maize.. Paper and wet grain. Watery.
