Con sabor y aroma a malta caramelo. Muy limpia.
De color cobre rojizo profundo. Cristalina. Termina con un ligero gusto a grano torrado, que proporciona la característica sequedad al acabado.
Amargor medio-bajo. Una cerveza fácil de tomar.
Con lúpulos Fuggle, malta pale ale, múnich, caramelo y ligero toque a chocolate

On tap at Falling Piano, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has soft toasted bready malt, not much else. Flavour is dry, with toasted bready malt and maybe a touch of hoppy bitterness. Clean but totally uninteresting.

On tap at Falling Piano. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Soft bready nose with some cracked black pepper. Flavour has soft bready malts, gentle grassy hopping, maybe a touch of black pepper. Pretty decent red ale.

Keg at Falling Piano, Mexico City. Clear brownish amber, small head. Nutty caramel aroma. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and hazelnuts, some spicy hops. Long bitter finish.

Taster at the brewpub. Lightly cloudy, copper colored. AROMA- dark fruit,black cherries. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, dark fruit, bitter cherries, a bit earthy. Medium bodied. Not bad.
