Llegó la temporada de la chela más esperada del año, que todos conocemos y crecimos, por eso le rendimos tributo y en conjunto con @insurgentebrew hicimos esta Bock de temporada. Una cerveza lager alemana relativamente pálida, fuerte y maltosa con un final agradablemente atenuado que la hace más fácil de beber. .
De color ámbar cobrizo, espuma blanca grande, cremosa y persistente.
Aroma a malta dulce con un final a frutos secos.
Sabores a malta caramelo con algunas notas tostadas, y un final moderadamente seco.

Draught at Morenos Tasting Room, Ciudad de México. Almost clear, deep amber colored. AROMA- toasted, caramel, bread crusts, some dark fruit. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, lightly bitter, toasted, earthy, bread crusts, touch of fruit. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Orange peel and florals. Some oak, and a little leather. Dark amber pour with good head and lacing. Bitter and tangy finish with a touch of sweetness. Pretty nicely done. Tap at drunkendog.
