Bottle. Pours dark amber with with average tan head. Aroma is malt and hay.

Fast klare kastanienbraune Farbe. Geruch getreidig, Karamell, süß. Geschmack süß röstmalzig, Karamell.

Milder, dunkel malziger Antrunk. Minimal röstig, plörrig hopfig bitter. Eher metallerner Mittelteil, was aber vom Malz überdeckt wird. Ok. 9/9/9/9/9/9

Eine „naturtrübe Spezialität“ mit Hopfenextrakt und Röstmalzbier? - Flasche (50 cl) aus einer Kaufland-Filiale in Schweinfurt. - Rotbraun, schwach trüb. - In der Nase Dunkelmalz und etwas Karamel sowie eine unangenehm ranzige Note von billigem Hopfen oder Diacetyl. - Antrunk blaß dunkelmalzig mit säuerlichem Stich und unreif-gemüseartigen Fehlaromen. Durchschnittlich rezent, eher dünn. Im Abgang krautige Hopfenherbe. Malzbitterer Nachtrunk. - Arg mittelmäßiges Dunkles mit störenden „grünen“ Gemüsearomen. Das Brauhaus Schweinfurt hat im Dezember 2014 Insolvenz angemeldet. Wen wundert’s ...

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium to dark brown amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, bread and roasted malt notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours dark ruby amber with a small creamy white head and lacings. Caramel, bread and grain. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Hazy brown/dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and light nutty. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, light nutty, hops and a little bitter.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, nuts, caramel and hops.
