Appearance: Pale yellow golden, slightly hazy. Some fizzy white head. Aroma: Wheat, floral. A bit of honey. Some spices. Taste: Wheat, light spices, floral. Slightly watery end. Bought: Wintibier, 330 ml, CHF 4.10 Info: 1/10-2021, BB: 31/1-2022

Taster at Herman Bier Lokal, St. Gallen. Lightly cloudy, yellow gold colored. AROMA- wheat, vanilla, coriander, orange peel, flowery. FLAVOR- a bit sweet, slightly bitter, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.
