Pale blond colour, hazy, with creamy head, not persistent. Aroma of grapefruit, light honey and flowers. Dry, mildly acidic, dry, and highly carbonted, this is optimal for this hot summer night; it has a peculir astringency in the finish, maybe grape skins.
Pleasant, and I appreciate it having enough character.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy, pale gold, with almost absent foam. Aroma is actually rather citrusy, only later some white grapes emerge. Body is average, with light carbonation. Taste is moderately acidic, even with a hint of astringency. Final is average.

Can sample at a Yana's tasting at Max's place. Hazy pale yellow. Wine grapes, wine, a bit of funk, slightly sourish, bitterish note.
