Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (29A: raspberry / base: 23G). Can 33 cl - Batch RG0323 (BB: 03/2024). AROMA: medium-high raspberry aroma with a clean lactic sourness of medium intensity. faint neutral mal background. APPEARANCE: slight reddish amber color and clear. medium-high slight pink head with good retention. TASTE: initial medium-low raspberry notes, slight yeast. low malt flavor, on the neutral side. low bitterness with a dry and slightly salty and yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body. medium carbonation. OVERALL: a raspberry gose with nice aromas but with some odd flavor notes.
