Can sample at a tasting at Alexey and Rephaela's place. Thanks Alexey and Rephaela. Deep red-purple. Berries, pickled vegetables, lemon, tart, juicy. Really good and refreshing.

Can. Pours a dark purple with a ruby hue and an off-white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sour blackberry and a strong lemon bite with some sweet grains and a bit of leaves underlying. Flavor has lots of sour and acidic lemon with growing blackberry and a hint of sweet grains backing.
