Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style M1C). Bottle 33 cl - Batch unreadable (BBF 01/2023). AROMA: high honey aroma with slight citrusy and floral background notes. medium-low alcohol notes. APPEARANCE: hazy light-yellow body with no head (un-carbonated). TASTE: initial medium-high honey notes with slight citrusy and floral character. low alcohol notes. finishes semi-sweet to sweet with a distracting yeasty presence. MOUTHFEEL: medium-high body and uncarbonated. slight astringency. OVERALL: a sweet mead with some distracting yeast present.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Honey, a bit floral, sweet, some alcohol.
