375 ml corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken, at an outrageous price. ABV is 10.0%. Ice perry / quince wine. Deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of concentrated / freeze distilled pear / quince juice, notes of flowers and honey. Very sweet flavour, with the same elements as the aroma. Good, but the price prohibits another purchase.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Quince, pears, apples, sulphur hint, sweet and sour, juicy, rounded. Great.
