Hexology - Yellow is the second of our Double Dry Hopped IPAs. Featuring HBC 586, Idaho Gem, and El Dorado, this DDH IPA brings out aromas of grapefruit and stone fruit. It has a soft and delicate mouthfeel with notes of apricot, stone fruit, and sweet berries.

16oz can pours a hazy, pale yellow with a big cap of white head. Interesting nose, perfume, herbs, honey, flowers, some light tropicals. Flavor has simple grist but also starchy, flowers, light melon, light pineapple. Finishes pillowy, easy drinker.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy yellow. Somewhat stale oniony hops, sweetish, some green bitterness.
