Dark red color. Thick and sweet with berry flavor and sugar but not honey.

Bottle shared Yaniv, thanks! Pours a clear deep purple with a thin light pink head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has lots of slightly tart black currant with a bit of bit of booze and sweet honey backing. Flavor is full of jammy sweet and tart black currant with a hint of booze and sweet honey underlying.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Lovely thick deep burgundy color. Honey, lots of currants, sweet and sourish, so jammy, thick, viscous, rounded. Amazing stuff.
