Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Black, tan foam. Lots of yeast, phenolic, soapy, roast, hops, slightly sourish, bitter finish. Amateurish.

Bottle at the flat in Varna - picked up at Teddy Beer. Pours black-brown with a frothy, beige head. Hearty, lightly sweet, lots of ashy roast, scorched earth, bitter coffee, baking cocoa. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Very dry on the finish, lightly warming, more bitter dark chocolate, ash. Good stuff.
