Appearance: clear palest yellow with a tall white airy head of low retention. Aroma: birch sap, lemon juice, light feel of fruity yeast. Taste: light to medium sweet, light sour, birch sap and lemonade. Sugared lemon aftertaste. Palate: fizzy carbonation, light to medium body. Overall: OK low alcohol beverage.

1,5 l PET bottle. Golden color, clear, looks like champagne, noisy snow-white foam. Aroma: lemon and birch sap, lemonade. Taste: refreshing, like lemonade, birch juice with lemon, moderately sweet, really summer drink.
