Cloudy muddy pink, big soapy rose head. The aroma is huge no remorse raspberry juice, some raspberry jam. The taste way less sweet - slightly tangy fermented raspberry juice with a little bit of raspberry seed bitterness. Does not really rsemeble a wheat beer, or any kind of beer for that matter, but it is an enjoyable summer drink. An nice unbeer. (if 6% abv is what you want to chill with).

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy pink-red. Raspberries, wheat, slightly souriwsh, bitterish note in the finish.
