Brewed with our friends at Thornbridge!
Pouring clear with a beautiful red hue. Aromas of pine, blackberry and grapefruit on the nose, followed by a subtle sherbet sweetness and warming notes of caramel and toffee. The beer finishes with a dry and gentle spiciness from the rye.

Tuesday 21st January 2025, Blue Boar, Leicester mid afternoon; hand pulled half pint. Red hue to the bronze coloured body, clean looking; off white crown. Rye giving the colour and a twist to it's aroma and taste, feels spicy but most likely isn't spiced, it's the Rye again! Went well with the Blue Stilton Bap I had with it.
