A light blonde bitter delicately infused with essence of Cherry to produce a Belgium style fruit flavoured beer. The aroma and taste surpass expectation whilst the bitter finish is dry, hoppy and refreshing.

Cask at The Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pours clear, shiny gold with a weak, foamy head. Definite cherry juice in the aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor with cherry essence (I had this phrase in my notes before reading the description, suckers!), doughy bread, light hay. Light in body with fine carbonation. Mild sweet finish with light bitterness, subtle cherry, lightly toasted bread. Actually, this is a very nice beer with understated cherry character. Doesn’t have any artificial character like so many fruit beers do. It’s subtle and quite drinkable. Very underrated.

Cask @ GBBF 2011. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sweetish cherry aroma. Sweetish cherry flavor with hints of vanilla. Has a sweetish fruity cherry finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Pale golden with a small white headAroma of sweet cherries and vanilla. Malty and grassy flavour with cherries that feel a bit too sweet and artificial. Nice hoppy, dry finish

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity - berries, artificial, artificial cherries, apple notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, light light acidic and light bitter with a average to long duration, fresh artificial cherries. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is cherries, some mild nutty and earthy notes as well in a nice balance. Flavour is cherries, mild dough, some wood and some mild buttery notes as well.

Chelmsford Beer Festival. Hazy gold beer, small suddy white head. Light crisp palate, semi dry. Sweetish malt with mild cherry that is a bit sweet and a touch artificial. Finishes dry with a trace of fruit. Ok The sweet cherry and a trace of sulphur are not a good carbonation. Slightly bitter aftertaste.

From cask. Pours clear and clear golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp citrusy. Sulphorish and cherry citric aroma. Dry and slight herbal finish. Ends citric and bitter into the finish. Artificial.
