Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Sofia. Pours lightly hazy orange-gold with a small, foamy, pure white head. The nose holds tangy lemon, flaked wheat, a little yeast, zesty citrus. Light to medium sweet flavour with subtle acidity, some phenolic undertones, more wheat, some dough, melon, tangy lemon. Light bodied with active carbonation. Finishes with some bready sweetness, nips of white sugar, more zesty citrus, a little oily peel, soft yeast, a bit more phenolic accent, more melon, tangerine, lemon. Some peach in the aftertaste. Not bad overall.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Max. Pale yellow, white head. Citrus, lots of yeast, wheat, a bit sweetish, bitterish yeasty touch, strong carbonation. OK.
