[1/30/17] Draught at Black Hammer Brewing in San Francisco. Amber. Malt, caramel, a bit of butter, toasty note, sweet, bitterish finish.

On tap at the brewery in sf. Clear amber , orange coloured pour with a small fading off white head. Aroma is brown sugars, toffee, raisin, berry. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, toffee. Burnt sugars, caramel, nutty, malts, raisin. Some carbonic acid. Palate is highish carbonation, semi sweet, gassy. Decent malt character.

Tap. Pours clear Amber, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is grainy, bread, herbal or grassy. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, a hint of roast, bread, touch of nutty. Medium body.
