Bottled. Opaque pinkish- reddish. Ral airy pinkish head. Aroma: lactic sourness, black currant. Light body. Rather dry taste. Fruity. Moderately lactic. Lightly sour. Low bitterness. Overall: a well-made yet straight-forward berliner.

Bottle sample at a tasting Tom L’s place. Thanks Max. Murky orangey pink. Aroma of yogurt, berries, plum, a bit of pickled vegetables. Tart flavor, lactic, with yogurt, berries, a bit of pickled vegetables. Lively carbonation. Could be better without the pickled vegetables notes, but still good.

Bottle. Muddy pink grapefruit juice with milk, pinkish foam. Aroma: black and red currants, jam with sour milk. Taste: soft sourness, lemon, milk, red currants, refreshing. Very good one.
