[1/28/16] Draught at The Rare Barrel in Berkeley. Lovely deep red color. Aroma of bourbon, caramel, vanilla, cherries, lacto, vinegar. Sour flavor with vinegar, vanilla, cherries. Medium-bodied. Good, but too much vinegar.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Tap. Pours clear deep burnt umber, small beige head, some lacing. Aroma is oaky, bourbon, cherry stems, Brett. Flavor is medium tart, fruity with a hint of funk, lots of oak tannins, light bourbon. Medium body, low carbonation. Happy second!!
