Taster shared with Brian. Appearance: hazy purple with a weak rose head. Aroma: hibiscus, a bit odd fish sauce (like at Pok Pok). Taste: similar with lots of grapefruit zest. Overall: ok.

[2/25/15] Draught at Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland. Lovely dark red color. Great aroma, lactic, a bit milky, with lots of berries. Sour lactic flavor with lots of raspberries. Rounded mouthfeel. Really delicious stuff.

Awesome beer. On tap at the Barrel House. Pours a purple color, very bright with almost no head. A wonderful nose of all sorts of berries, oak, grapes. The flavor is lovely soft berries, big black raspberry, grapes, oak. The apricot is there as well. Soft vinous sourness, oak. Just awesome. Bottle this!

Loads of raspberry, oak, wood and vinous notes with some ripe fruits and juicy notes. Quite good.
