[2/24/15] Cask at Cascade Brewing Barrel House in Portland. Cloudy yellowish gold. Pleasant sourish aroma with white wine, pineapple and some other fruits. Sour and slightly sweetish flavor with juicy pineapple, oak, vinous note and lacto. Medium-bodied.

Tap at Cascade Brewing, Portland. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, pineapple, some wood and sourness. Very juicy.

On tap at Cascade. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. A big woody, tropical nose. Huge pineapple juice, fresh, light sourness, oak. Light grapes/wine. Solid. Awesome, exactly as it should be.
