[2/18/15] Draught at Ladyface Ale Companie in Agoura Hills. Dark brown with a beige head. Aroma of dark fruits, candy and caramel. Sweet flavor with a bit of butter, caramel, dark fruits, a spicy note and an alcoholic hint. Medium-bodied.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours an amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty spicy weak yeasty dark fruit flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty spicy dark fruit finish.

Tap. Pours clear deep ruby amber with a small tan head and some lacing. Aroma is molasses, dried fruits, zest, caramel, spices. Flavor is medium sweet and light zesty bitter. Meh.

On tap. Pours a hazy brown body with a lasting tan head. Brown sugar and banana aromas, chocolate and Belgian esters. Lightly grain and biscuity. Very sweet, raspberry and plum flavors. Lightly nutty. Maybe a bit under attenuated. Lively bubbles.
