[2/16/15] Draught at Highway 1 Brewing in Pescadero. Cloudy deep golden. Aroma of citric hops and vegetables. Flavor with bitterish citric hops and vegetal yeasty touch. Medium-bodied.

Tap @Hwy 1. Pours clear pale amber with a medium creamy white head and great lacing. Aroma is nice, but faint, citra hops, a bit tropical and dank. Flavor is light plus sweet, buttery citra/simcoe, light bitter, a bit of biscuit. Not harsh at all. Medium body, rich creamy mouthfeel.
