Bottle. Bright yellow colour. Powerfull pear aroma. Moderate sweet pear flavor. Average finish. Oily palate. Very nice.

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ [ DØE - Ølfestival 2018 ] @ Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, 2450 Copenhagen SV, Denmark. [ As Polgoon Sparkling Pear Cider ]. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, sweet pear, champagnebrus is (a ice from I was a child). Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, pear, champagnebrus is (a ice from I was a child), quit dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft to flat. I liked this very much because it made me think of me as child when i got this ice. :0) [20180601] 7-2-8-3-16

500ml bottle from Wyevale garden centre, Stockton. Pours a sparkling pale straw yellow colour with a short-lived fizzy white foam head, and a tangy pear aroma with sulphur hints. Taste is sweetish, pear, fruity, sugary, then abit astringent and drying. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, some residual sweetness at the finish. OK.
