The first Garage Witbier to hit cans sees a modern take on a traditional beer. Wanting to keep the drinkability and refreshment high, we have kept with the tried and tested Curacao orange peel and coriander in the boil. Where we depart from tradition and in Garage style, we have mixed things up on the hop front. Exclusively hopped with Motueka from New Zealand all through the boil and Whirlpool to bring a clean but light bitterness and a complimentary touch of lime to add to the already stong citrus components of the orange peel and coriander. This all goes through fermentation with a famous Belgian Wit strain that adds a touch of spicy phenolics and bubblegum esters. The end product is a creamy but light bodied refreshing beer.

Аромат сразу немного странный для витбира, очень много хмеля американского, что роднит его с пшеничным элем американского типа, цитрусы, много цветочных ноток пыльцы, немного меда от этого, сама пшеница сладкая. Цвет полу мутный, темно желтый, пенки почти нету. Вкус неплохой, хмелевой, есть цитрусы, пыльца снова, пшеница сладкая умеренная, но немного отдает какой то химозой в конце. Несмотря на то что пиво хорошое, оно все таки далековато от стиля.
