From Skyview’s growler. It isn’t a pretty hefeweizen, but all of the flavor and aromas are there. Lots of banana in the aroma, and as will said, it is almost more banana chips than fresh fruit. Clear yellow and a moderate head. No visible yeast or sediment, but it is there in the flaovr, with more citrus, banana, and bubblegum. Medium sweet. This could be something special if they didn’t filter it.
