23/4/2021. Draught at the Fat Cat & Canary, Norwich. Pours clear amber copper with minimal head. Aroma of baked pear, brown sugar, caramel, light spiced notes. Medium sweetness and moderate tart. Moderate body, low carbonation.

Draught at Fat Cat Tap. It pours hazy pale green with no head. The aroma is mellow, quite savoury, earthy, pear skin and a touch of sherbet. The taste is smooth, very sweet, sugary, pear juice, touch of ginger, pear skin with a short, sugary finish. Medium bodied and flat. Really sweet and sugary. Not at all what I had hoped for. Pretty shit.

Clear light to medium yellow - amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear - apple, caramel, candy - sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sugary, candy, sweet apple - pear, perry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20150804]
