Clear golden, short lived head. Sweet & dry pear peel, lots of orchard wood, touch of vanilla, raw almonds, parallel tastes to ginger, Crodino (Italian soft drink), moldy tree bark. Sweet pear, pear peels, light sugary like stoved pears. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bag in a box at The Heathcote Arms, Croft, Leicestershire. Pours.clear yellow with no head. Aromas of light pear, apple. Taste is similar. Pear juice, really, no boozy notes. Thin finish.
