On tap at the brewery. Aroma is a balanced blend of hops and malt. Nice notes of passion fruit, tropical citrus and berries. Light grain notes with some cracker and bread notes. Hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, brilliant, yellow gold with a small, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with moderate grain notes and light notes cracker and bread. Medium bitterness and hints of alcohol. Moderate notes of tropical citrus and berry with lighter passion fruit notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid West Coast IPL. Solid hop notes and bitterness with balanced cracker and breast malt notes. A light sweetness compliments the hop and malt profile.
