On tap at CHoP. Aroma has a medium light grain note and slight white bread note with hints of floral hops. Hints of alcohol. Pours a clear, very pale, yellow color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with medium light cracker and bread notes. Medium low bitterness and hints of alcohol. Light floral, spicy hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really tasty lager. Nice grain notes with just enough hops to add some character. Easy drinking and crisp but not overly dry.
