Between the Stars was brewed with pilsner malt, malted oats and malted wheat yielding a soft and fluffy canvas for a beautiful selection of our favorite hop varieties. Citra is used to bring the juice, providing pungent notes of pink guava and ruby red grapefruit. Meanwhile, Nelson Sauvin and Centennial provide a pronounced backbone of green papaya, spring cosmos, and a touch of earthy dankness. With a plush mouthfeel, faint bitterness, and luscious hop expression, Between the Stars will be a welcome addition to anyone's Summer coolers.

Poured from a undated 16 oz can. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of tangerine, tropical citrus, passion fruit and lighter notes of gooseberry and dank, oily resin. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden straw color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Moderate lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of passion fruit, gooseberry and tropical citrus with lighter notes of tangerine, grapefruit and dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid hazy IPA. Good hop notes and fruity yeast driven character. Balanced bitterness and alcohol notes, but perhaps a touch too sweet.
