The world needs more pale ale. You should drink more pale ale. And that’s why we are stoked to rebrew this very new pale, sessionable and aromatic brew. Hopped with a unique and modern combination of Riwaka, Strata and Talus, Emerald Eyes is incredibly soft with aromas of peachy stonefruit, white grape and guava and underlying notes of coastal pine and lime.

0.473l can. Aroma is tropical and stone fruity, herbal, resinous and piney. Pours hazy golden color with medium sized soapy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts juicy citrusy and resinous, following is mild tropical fruity, floral and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Precious brew, although not emerald…

Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 09, 2022. Aroma is hop forward and fruity with lots of passion fruit, mango, berry notes and lighter notes of stone fruit and citrus. Lighter dank, resin character. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale, golden-orange with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Moderately high lacing and small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Fairly strong fruity hop notes with lots of mango, passion fruit, berry and stone fruit. Light citrus and dank, resin notes with hints of a peppery hop note that appear in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodies with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really solid beer. Not a hop lineup I usually prefer, but this one displays itself really nicely. Soft mouthfeel and malt profile compliments the hops well. Bitterness is balanced and alcohol is well hidden.
