7.4/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 8 Texture 6 Overall 7.5
Poured from a 16 oz can dated May 10, 2021. Aroma is moderately hop forward with notes of berry, mango, grapefruit, orange and dank, pine resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a slightly hazy, gold color with a large, thick, pillowy white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers in clumps on the edges. Flavor is slightly sweet with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate hop notes of orange, grapefruit, pine notes and lighter notes of berry and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a decent pale ale. Balanced malt and hop notes. A bit light bodied which makes it pretty crushable despite the bitterness.
