Polycask @ NWAF 2013, National Winter Ales Festival, The Venue, Sheridan Suite, Manchester, England. ABV: 6.3%. Unclear light yellow color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate pear, sweet pear, funky, celery. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, sugary, phenol - tart, dry. Body is medium, carbonation is flat.
