The Juice Olympics continue with our third event and follow up to Juice Gymnastics and Juice Ribbons (Other Half). Get ready for Cross Country Juicing, a USA spanning collaborative Double Dry-Hopped Hazy Double IPA between Cellarmaker, Other Half and Trillium. Expressive yeast, loads of kettle hopping as well as 8 lbs per barrel of Riwaka, Citra, Strata and Motueka in the dry hop develop deep flavor and bursting aromas of mojito, piña colada, mango slurpee and freshly harvested Devil’s Lettuce. Lock your toes in, grab a pint and get ready to glide!

Poured from a 16 oz can dated December 7, 2020. Aroma is fairly fruity and hop forward. Lots of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus and light dank, resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a hazy, dull, golden orange with a medium large, fairly thick, frothy white head that recedes fairly quickly to a small film that lingers on the edges. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol spice. Loads of juicy, fruity hop notes with lots of passion fruit, mango, guava, pineapple, orange and grapefruit. Light dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid DIPA. Lots of fruity hop notes, especially in the flavor. Balanced sweetness, bitterness and malt notes.
