Papa Murky's

Poured from a 16 oz can dated September 17, 2020. Aroma is hop forward and juicy with quite a bit of peach, stone fruit, passion fruit and pineapple. Lighter notes of orange, tropical citrus and dank resin notes. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a medium sized, thick, creamy, white head that recedes slowly to a small film that lingers. Light lacing and medium small legs. Flavor is somewhat sweet with light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol spice. Moderately strong hop notes of passion fruit, pineapple and stone fruit with lighter guava, tropical citrus and orange. Light dank, resin notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and medium low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid TIPA with loads of bright, fruity hop notes. Lighter bitterness but enough malt character to balance the alcohol which is fairly well hidden.
