Poured from.a 16 oz can dated August 25, 2020. Aroma is a balanced blend of malt and hops. Light cracker malt notes and hints of bread. Medium light herbal, resin and grapefruit hop notes with a hint of fruity esters. Pours a slightly hazy, yellow-gold with a medium sized, fairly thick, fluffy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers as a small film on the edges. Faint lacing and no legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with light cracker malt notes and hints of bread. Moderately strong bitterness and a hint of alcohol. Light herbal, woodsy and slightly floral hop notes. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice blonde ale. Easy drinking with a nice balance of hops and malt. Pretty solid bitterness for the hop and malt character.
