In this beer, unusual yeasts of Saccharomyces Bruxellensis Trois were used, which are on the border between Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces, but they are not dangerous to the brewery. Brewed according to the recipe of Karel Nečada, the winner of the Prague Homebrewing Competition 2018.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
Draught at NaPalmě. Almost clear, pale gold colored. AROMA- mix of fruit, floral tones. FLAVOR- smooth, neutral, lightly bitter, citrusy, floral, malty. Medium bodied.
