Gift from a colleague. Aroma is roasty with coffee and dark berries. Dark but thin looking - a cola tint. Creamy light beige head. Medium bitter. Coffee and charcoal. Berry sourness on the periphery. Into the finish there's a hint of creamy sweetness alongside the charcoal. Medium bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Decent stuff.

Peoples History Museum Beer Festival 2016. Very dark coloured ale. Has palatable roasted malts evident in both aroma and taste, with a stated floralness to it.
