This collaboration saison had YellowBelly & Brown Paper Bag Project teams out in Ferrycarrig, Wexford, picking gorse flowers at the beginning of Summer.
The resulting classic French style sees an abundance of gorse on the nose, with a subtle hint of coconut. On the tongue, an initial hit of the floral gorse gives way to light, spritzy farm driven favours and a long dry finish.

Draught at Simon Lambert & Sons, Wexford. Clear, pale gold. AROMA- low, malt, yeast, apples, cherry yoghurt. FLAVOR- dry, apples, unusual herbal tones. Light to medium bodied.
