Cask at the GBBF. Golden with a small white head. Malty aroma with grain and straw. Dry, grassy and fruityu flavour with a nice bitter finish

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, of-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, apple notes, nectar - floral. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110802]

Cask, one-third pint at B5 Harvey Bar, Great British Beer Festival ’11. Clear, amber-gold body. A few bubbles at the surface. Malt-fruity nose. Fusion of fresh dough and lemony hops in flavour. Rounded bitter end. Traditional blond ale (London, 03.08.2011).

Cask@GBBF2011. Golden colour, small head. Aroma is wood, some mild malty and earthy notes as well. Flavour is wooden, malty, slight herbal and also a bit sulphury with some nectary and citrusy notes coming in the finish.

Cask at GBBF 2011. An amber coloured pour with a small white head on top. Fruity, hoppy aroma. Tastes fruity, hoppy, some sweetness, slightly bitter. This went down way too easily. Excellent session ale from Durham.

From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and floral. Bitter, citrusy, light sweet and crisp. Bitter and light citrusy finish. Subdued sweetness.
