BBE 17/07/15 - Pours clear yellowish golden with a small head. Aroma of floral hops, grass, citrus and lemon. Taste is smooth, crisp and slightly floral with some citrus and grassy bitterness. Finish is crisp, grassy and bitter with hints of earthy notes and grainy maltiness. Smooth and refreshing.

(Cask at Black Door, 20150523) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was small, white and it lasted long. Aroma had fruitiness, earth and toffee. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were malts, toffee, earth, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was earthy, sweet and bitter. A nice but a bit too sweet bitter.

Cask @ OT. Pours clear golden with a rather small frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sparse trace on the glass. Smell is tiny malty and floral with caramel, bread, grass, lemon peal and hints of green peas. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, tiny malty and floral with bread, caramel, hay, dried flowers, soil and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is soft, flat, round, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Can from The Beerhive. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. Light lacing. Aroma of lemon, lime and pine. Flavour of cucumber, minerals and rose. Medium body with an oily texture. Fizzy. Crisp and refreshing.

Cask@The Flying Horse JDW, Gatwick Airport - golden coloured pour. Grassy and floral hoppy aroma and taste, crisp lemon citrus on the palate, buttery, doughy bready malts, refreshing and easily quaffable. Nice.

Wetherspoons Flying Horse at Gatwick South on 10th Dec 2014. My flight is at 08.10 and it is only 06.50, what am I to do? Treat myself to a cask pint? OK, I did. Poured a pale golden colour with with a decent white head. The nose was bready malts with a mild citrus twang coming through. The taste a pleasant blend of those malts and citrus/lemon type flavours joined together in a refreshing and tidy manner. Most enjoyable
