Cask gravity @ GBBF 2011. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a slightly roasted malty caramel aroma with some grassy hints. Fruity malty roasted caramel flavor with grassy hints. Has a fruity roasted malty caramel finish.

GBBF. Cask. Cloudy brown beer, residual white head. Light dry palate. Light caramel malt. A little tangerine. Banana esters. Dry finish. Ok but in need of more hops.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light unclear medium red amber colour with a average, frothy, good - fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, sugar, light to moderate yeasty, sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet candy, chemistry notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110805]

Cask@GBBF2011. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, mild yeast as well as alcohol and some mild floral notes. Flavour is quite similar. Pleasant.

From cask at GBBF2011. Pours hazy dark orange to brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malty and caramelish. Dark malty, grassy and roasted malty. Bitter and grassy finish. Ends dry and bitter.
