Second pour at this kinda strange setting. Thin, black amber pour. Soft floral, earthy, fresh clay. Sooty, high cola acid, minerally, strong carb. Like a very thin schwarzbier. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is cocoa and licorice. Slick body, licorice, roast, nice sweetness, very good.
